Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ariella Home. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Custom made Macramè orders currently have a 4-6 week completion turn around on placement of order. We will always endeavour to complete your order quicker than stated, but this is the standard turn around.
Ready made Macramè will be posted within 2 Business days.
Once item(s) have been shipped, you will be sent an email notification of shipping provider and tracking number.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Once your item has left our workshop we are no longer responsible for your item, including missing parcels.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ariella Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ariella Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind and any custom order will not be exchanged after order placement. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is only applicable when the item:
•has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is proven to be significantly different from the item picture or description
